Athletics
The Weathersfield Local School District is proud to offer 16 Varsity/JV and middle school athletic teams. Teams compete in the MVAC Conference (Scarlet tier). We believe interscholastic athletics are an integral part of the total school program reflecting the needs of the school, the community, and the student. Our goal is to give as many students as possible the opportunity to participate while developing their athletic, citizenship, and sportsmanship skills. Go Rams!

For the 130th time since 1954, Mineral Ridge athletes have qualified for the OHSAA State Track & Field Championships!
Track and field teams turned in another impressive showing Wednesday at the OHSAA Division IV Regional Semis, highlighted by a state qualification, and several Friday finalists!
